Schemes of arrangement are typically used for takeovers which are recommended by the board of directors of a target company.:)

and you actually predicted it was going to 3p on the "next load of hype", which it didnt, so you can cancel that alleged 2p call out straight away!

and of course there were the calls at £450, the calls at 83p, the calls for down to 150p after the 300p peak of more recent times.....all of them wrong
