Dilution (there's that word again that so many try and spin differently) was simply in order to pay off most of the debt ($500m) owed to the Bond holders. The company had zero chance of paying off the bond holders the following year. Basically they were no longer a "going concern" in that position so they had to act before the bond holders took the whole company and shareholders would have been left with zero.

As I understand it one of the main shareholders of the company intervened and was responsible for shareholders getting something as opposed to absolutely zero.

PW were not involved at all with the restructure and there was no hostile predator.

The problem with Malcolm is he believed everything the BoD told him and as with many other analysts the company shafted them.

They damaged Malcolm's reputation.

Not many will fall for that again and will only believe ACTUAL results.

Far too many false promises and pushed back targets.

ERBIL - Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani attended on Monday a ceremony held by the Consulate General of China in Erbil to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Republic of China.

At the beginning of the event, a photo exhibition was opened to showcase the Chinese Consulate General's activities in Kurdistan Region.

Chinese Consul General in Erbil Ni Ruchi gave a speech and commended the friendly ties between the Kurdistan Region and his country.

"China’s policy is to promote peaceful relations with countries in the world and positively influence the income of that country," he said, as quoted by Kurdistan 24.

"There is a long history of friendship between Kurdish and Chinese people,” he added. “Last year’s cooperation between the Chinese companies and Kurdistan had a positive outcome."

Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) Department of Foreign Relations Safeen Dizayi, in return, congratulated the Chinese Consul General on his country's anniversary, hailing the relations between Erbil and Beijing, according to the report.
