Chinese, yes there must have been a reason for the buyback design "break" The Co is obviously in a sale process, as the Chairman made clear in his justification for any buybacks . Could be announced any time IMO" Urals the interesting thing re buyback program design was the need to have a break period? .imo agreemeents were probably formalised at that point D-28 ,in that break, hence using scheme of arrangement timetables, D-0 sale announcement perhaps next week???"

S12 is taking a very long time, problem?

I note that nestof is again demonstrating that none of his brain cells are in communication.

Lot of "issues" in Broadford's explanation, did you spot them:-)

This snippet from lse doesn’t match with Paul on Twitters article.

From Mark Antelme. "Thanks for the call just now. The figures in the RNS of 20 Sept are correct, and take into account the recent buy back activity. The treasury shares are included for the calculation, but the treasury shares are not paid. As ever, the calculation was done in conjunction with Computershare and we are satisfied it is correct."”

I passed a landrover on the M6 the other day that had "Overfinch" written in crayon above the number plate.

Was that you?

I posted on twitter that this company won't be issuing a sold RNS anytime soon !
I posted this before the latest results and contrary to what Paul Carrol was telling everyone under his many many names.
