06/8/2019 11:23 | It won't bother me if I am still here, Muttley. With cash generation like this and big dividends to come what's not to like? At some point the real value in Shaikan will out and then the big payday. Meantime smaller paydays are all welcome. | pensioner2
06/8/2019 11:13 | Cash $310m Further availability on existing notes ++$200mReceivables $60m. Cash h/room $500-570m , substantial 55-80m share pre agreed off market buy in, pre or contemporaneous with sale.Numbers currently buying in market $7.1 m so far trivial , obviously just there to stabilize ,peel+ cana in tandem.https://twitt | urals
06/8/2019 10:56 | 21,000 trades in three hours? It's starting to look as though the buyback has emptied the pot. | pensioner2
06/8/2019 10:51 | Three months revenue more than pays the super dividend for 2019. If we're still here in 2020 I wonder what level they'll set it at? | pensioner2
06/8/2019 10:50 | Morning bigdog, well, you know what they say about noise and Empty Vessels... Bluster, innuendo, lack of understanding of the use of hyperbole, far too much reliance on his assumptions. Its a GAS. | broadford bay
06/8/2019 10:50 | It would appear that the fake one is trying to ingratiate himself with the Management again just like he did with the Kozel regime. He wouldn't be trying to weasel his way into the company as an advisor? I wouldn't expect it to be for the role of Cfo as both his memory and predictions totally suck innit. | bigdog5
06/8/2019 10:41 | Hey Broadford it would seem you've got the ex postman aka fake reverend rather rattled this morning. Bit of a sermon there. Perhaps it's better he's oblivious to what has been going on and all the problems with the field since the great wipe out:-) Hey Chinese, wot no takeaway? | bigdog5
06/8/2019 09:36 | Has Bob created that graphic from his Commodore 64? | stockport loser
06/8/2019 08:03 | BroadfordBay - "Experts....have brought more sorrow upon the Earth than Satan and all his works." " I have very, very rarely come across anyone who considered themselves an "Expert" in any field; such as I did encounter proved to be con men." So that's how you see the people who are managing this company and executing the plans to develop the oilfield is it Broadford. Jon Ferrier, Sami Zouari, Stuart Catterall, Mark Parsley and their teams. You see them as con men who have brought more sorrow than Satan and all his works. I see. Just tell me again, how many shares did you say you have? If you were in charge Broadford we wouldn't have even started would we. You'd still be sitting in your armchair with your General's cap on fretting and wringing your hands and endlessly worrying about all the millions of possibilities and combinations of possibilities of things that "might happen". I can understand why somebody like you wouldn't see eye to eye with your peers and superiors in the oil industry. People like Tod Kozel who had the balls to go to Kurdistan and secure the PSC in the first place. And people like Jon "we can solve these problems we always do" Ferrier. There's no place for a weed like you in a "can do" "get things done" "make things happen" environment like the oil industry Broadford. You'd simply be seen as a nuisance and a drag by dynamic, driven people. Which is why you now resent them. I imagine they made your life a misery and I sure as hell wouldn't employ you. And now you come on here telling us that you've never claimed to be an expert but that Jon Ferrier, Sami Zouari and Stuart Catterall don't know what they're doing and "need their heads examined". If Jon Ferrier said to you "OK Broadford, instead of sitting there moaning, whinging, complaining and yapping from the sidelines, myself and my team will step back and you and your team of Oilman and Bigdog can have a go". You would be out of that armchair and hiding behind that settee in the blink of an eye wouldn't you. You wouldn't have a friggin clue. | habshan
06/8/2019 07:40 | shortsqueezer, and also a weak pound means that $18m is more £ :) | ozzmosiz
06/8/2019 07:06 | Well, 18 million net. Not too shabby! :-) | shortsqueezer
06/8/2019 07:05 | Another 23 million in the coffers! Getting interesting again! | shortsqueezer
05/8/2019 22:54 | Experts. ...have brought more sorrow upon the Earth than Satan and all his works. | broadford bay
05/8/2019 22:47 | Nobody admits to being anybody but yet are everybody 🤷a | mcfly02
05/8/2019 22:40 | Names not David and I've never met the man ? | bmo1
05/8/2019 22:28 | Broadford, isn't it reasonable to believe that they are always "thinking of their bonus"? Keep coming out with new plans to replace the old failed ones and it looks like they can sucker most into believing they are succeeding. The fake reverend is the proof as he only ever refers back to the latest alterations of the plans. Long after the original ones disappear down the dunny. Is that the reason why the Post office turned into the mess it did? | bigdog5
05/8/2019 20:51 | mac, I'm happy as I saw it coming... | broadford bay
05/8/2019 20:38 | BTW one reason Art 140 isn't getting signed off is that the disputed regions on the electoral roll will alter the politics in Baghdad and they don't want that. So tricky, not just about giving the Kurds a HCl and their 17%. | nestoframpers
05/8/2019 20:35 | GKP will have spent £6 mill by tomorrow , £19 mill to go , then HCL and then the 1st offer will come in. Sold before Xmas ? maybe . | nestoframpers
05/8/2019 20:29 | Jamie, £100 a point would of been nice 🤷a | mcfly02
05/8/2019 20:12 | "The state of the Dow (down 870 pts so far today), in conjunction with the China trade dispute, is of far greater importance to the company than the oil price" Not so. The dow and things like trade disputes are simply two of the many factors and variables which influence the oil price. Our monthly payments don't go up and down with the dow. They go up and down with the oil price. To an oil company it's the oil price that's important. And Jon and Sami will have given it a great deal of thought during their deliberations into "all the scenarios that we contemplate or conceive of as a possibility." That's how they can state at a Capital Markets Day that we're fully funded to 110kbpd. | habshan |
