I noticed the 88 figure when I logged on and posted it on here perhaps a couple of mins later. I don't know how long it had been there but it was removed about 15 mins after I commented on it. Not long to wait to find out if it's a fact or not.

They know the problems but the solution has to come from Erbil. Unless of course they're happy to continue with what they've been doing for years. But Baghdad aren't.
