From the RNS no "inside info" means no talks on anything which means all of the ramptastic delusional BS about a takeaway is complete BS, as a few of us have been saying for a very long time.

The buyback amount is a pathetic attempt for some window dressing simply because the BoD are out of ideas on how to ramp up the share price having watched all their hype of plans and timetables fail yet again.

JF's shareholder value is in tatters and he's lost his right hand man, how long before he decides to jump on his bike?

I get the RNS about the share buy back program. All as usual.
What I dont get is the totally unnecessary out of context addition to the RNS , stating the board is not in possession of any inside information ?
Informal offers or negotiations are of course not classified as inside information.

ERBIL — Kurdistan Region Parliament has set a voting session for Wednesday this week to recognize the new cabinet of Kurdistan Regional Government.

According to an official statement by the legislative, lawmakers are invited to a regular session at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, 10th July 2019.

The parliament statement did not specify the session’s agenda, but Mahmoud Mohammed, a spokesperson for the leading Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), said earlier that the new KRG cabinet will be formed on Wednesday.

Mohammed confirmed that the political factions have already submitted the list of their nominees for the ministerial posts to Prime Minister-designate Masrour Barzani.

Barzani will send his cabinet lineup later today (8th July) to the parliament in preparation for the Wednesday voting session, Mohammed added.

I dont know what the purpose is , but typically they are not obliged to RNS it until action is imminent. I do find this statement in the RNS a bit odd tho. Why state it ? "and the Company confirms that it currently has no inside information.

Hey thicko, I have no info however look at the clues. One new production well. Increased current production rate. Two work overs completed. Predicted range of production. Assume new well would give 5k.

What is wrong with that picture is your continuing inability or denial to look at the clues and from them paint the reality, That and the fact that your maths has always sucked.
