Dear, oh dear, oh dear.

The Trolls STILL don't understand what Consolidation means.
Unless of course they do, and they are just on here lying.

Hmmm, not understanding the basics, or lying?

Dunno.

mcfly02 etc.

The 100 for 1 share consolidation was just that. Consolidation.
From the 12 Dec 2016 RNS
"All existing options and warrants have been consolidated on the same 100:1 basis."

To take your "Figures for example"

"You had a hundred shares in your hand that were worth £100
You then had one share in your hand now worth £1"
NO, NOW WORTH £100.

Dilution occurred when the bond holders became equity holders.

The share consolidation was just that, consolidation, not dilution.
Whatever % one held pre consolidation was the same % post consolidation.
No dilution.

johnyboy, "deramping tactics" ?

No deramping required just the facts that you and the others here ignore and refuse to accept and yet there's ample evidence of them.

"The 1-for-100 was NOT dilution"

LOFL

By that one comment hab scam has managed to top all the other inane, ludicrous, pathetic, clueless and pointless posts they've ever been associated with.

It was a massive dilution aka a wipeout.

How's it all going suckers any progress:-)

That January 2019 Presentation is looking very shabby now. However I do recall saying it was just another round of hype in keeping with all the other Presentations they've given since the Great Shareholder wipeout of 2016. Not long to go until the 3rd anniversary of that and they've achieved virtually nowt.

Any signs of Sami's replacement or should they just outsource his job to the MNR and save some money? Perhaps there's a few more job's that could go the same way. PR for instance:-)

You're very welcome.

Paul on Twitter

As sale nears, market squeezing, volumes trivial , yield for buyers now is, 17/214 = 7.94%, if it gets voted through, buyback far far better idea.
Div declared an effort by Gulf to support share price as they knew market would force mugs out pre Sale RNS

Further to my earlier posting, the Guru has on the other board has enlightened us further to his investment strategy:

"My investment totalled K 40,000 starting from 2009.The shares were put on the back burner in 2016 when I realised that the PIs were being screwed by the MMs. Since then I have sat and watched what can best be described as corporate robbery by the Kurds and the City. I am fortunate in that I am happily retired and comfortably off in that I would rather put a match to my shares than sell them."

Reminds me of that old Waffen SS motto: Meine Ehre heisst Treue (Loyalty is my Honour).

As I said earlier, with such shareholders there is nothing that we, the company, cannot achieve.
