OM63 that's very possible however what is even more important is how much lipstick was applied to both the CPR's? I note that the pumps and a well were mentioned and yet 2 years on and still nothing but rhetoric. A new shiny CPR due this decade?

they have to pay the $100m back plus interest etc so in effect by adding another $100m bond they will probaly pay lower interest rates but get hit with a $30m one off to the balance sheet.

Broadford, from a PI's perspective that would mean another massive dilution. The better way would be to try and get as many bonds away as possible as the revenue coming in would cover any reasonable rate of interest. I agree with your reasoning as regards DNO.

18 May 2018 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has completed the private placement of USD 400 million of new, five-year senior unsecured bonds to be issued at 100 percent of par with a coupon rate of 8.75 percent. The bond placement received strong investor demand across international markets and was oversubscribed.

DNO fwd leverage (e)2018 = - 0.53 very good

GKP FWD leverage (e) 2018 =. - 1.27. Excellent

So be interesting to see how much better GKP do

I really cannot see how GKP can achieve a better bond rate than did DNO (better quality oil, own pipeline, much cheaper drilling costs, huge WI%, excellent management, etc, etc.


....unless perhaps there is a Quality Name hiding behind the curtain?
