Just popped in to see what history has been re written this morning due to posters poor memories. The lengths some posters go to is remarkable. But perhaps the most surprising issue is the naivety that's shown here in the face of evidence. I wonder what will emerge from the rampers playbook today.

At current output levels and Brent $75 or so, the monthly Profit Oil contribution is approx $3.5M (assuming no change to WI parameters).

If the Production Costs (those that can be allocated to the Cost Oil recovery procedure) are indeed around $3.5 - $4/bbl then another $3.5M - $4M per month approx is being recovered for current costs.

That leaves approx. another $7M+ per month being recovered for/from historical capital spend.

Here's a thought. You have £5bil in your account. You offer £3.75bil for the company, invest £1.25bil into ramping up production to 100k barrel a day, circa 50mil net per month oil price based late 50's early 60's £600mil a year pay back less than 10years with development. Sounds decent enough. £15 a share, I'm sure many would consider selling.

This can easily kick on towards £2.50p+ today. That would suggest the market is not buying the terrifying reports muted today. The train is certainly gathering pace. I personally don't think it's worth waiting to pay more than £4 a share even if you think that's ''the old 4p''. Aimvho

Steady on GKPHero, love it to go to £60 but it’s not a high teens billion dollar company, which it would have to be at that share price. For me £4-5 in 18 months is what I realistically expect and my point of exit
