As I thought the price has come down regardless of what's posted on these blogs.

You couldn't make it up but a lot here do.

“The Minotaur” gave his $10 billion valuation for GKP, based upon 54.4% of the Shaikan asset at a Capacity Building Tax rate of 40%, in May 2013. That was more than two months *after* the Pantomine at the Commercial Court had ended, the final day of the near-$100 million Trial (which Sir Christopher Clarke has described as “wrong in fact, and wrong in law”) being 1 March 2013. So whatever was revealed at the Pantomine could hardly impact the $10 billion valuation, because it preceded that valuation!

All the excitement about the Spur that is at least four years overdue. How much oil will they be able to put through it, LOFL. How much will it cost, LOFL.

The 2nd amendment? Something the company have been in "discussion's" with the MNR for ages. Discussions LOFL. We've seen over the years how much the MNR negotiate and how high GKP always jump. How much will the amendment cost? Will Baghdad tear it up?

I note that oil_investor quoted the company as regards all the wells and pumps they are going to need. 55k a day likely from one new well and 4 pumps? LOFL. Any time soon LOFL. The problem being with it all is that GKP are notorious for not achieving their plans and predictions. So as regards time and costs can that all be served up with a "sea of salt"?

Wont the date of the AGM be dependent on whether Baghdad form a Govt and what the outcome of it will be?

Only a mull but lets see how we go:-)

KURDISTAN MUST PUT INTO THE POT PER BARREL AS THE REST OF THE IRAQ DOES TO RECEIVE ITS SHARE OF THE BUDGET PRO RATA ON POPULATION SIZE

GONE WILL BE KEEPING OIL REVENUE AND CONTRACTS SEPERATE

IRAQI FEDERAL COURT ASKS KRG TO PROVE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF INDEPENDENT OIL SALE

SULAIMANI – The Iraqi Federal Court held a session on Monday (June 4) to discuss the claims of Oil Minister against the independent oil sale by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

The Iraqi Oil Ministry sued KRG in the Federal Court saying the independent oil sale by the region without returning to Baghdad is against constitution.

The spokesman for Federal Court, Eias Samuk, said the court demanded the KRG to prove with evidence the constitutionality of its independent oil sale.

All of the complainants’ representatives attended the court hearing, including lawyers for the KRG’s Ministry of Natural Resources who asked for postponement of the session until the ministry presents more evidence.

According to Samuk, the court session was postponed for June 27 at which time the the KRG would have to prove that its independent oil sale doesn’t violate terms of the Iraqi constitution.
