15/12/2016 14:25 | True joeski, but I wasn't the one lending £100's of millions on the back of Todd's OIP figures. The bondholders made a huge mistake and then robbed equity to recover something. TBH, I don't blame them as they are senior to equity, but they never looked at the risk either. Now they have all the equity, yet John and Co are putting exit awards in place. All very strange. | gkphero

15/12/2016 14:19 | Did someone actually say to the bondholders that GKP will not be able to pay back this capital, but at that point they can rob equity to recover it?? Sounds like it, unless the bondholders like giving away 100's of millions. | gkphero

15/12/2016 14:17 | Why would bondholders give GKP any cash in the fist place? They were stupid, just like equity. They robbed equity to get a result, as their capital was long gone. | gkphero

15/12/2016 14:14 | Bondholders only survived by robbing from equity. They are just as stupid as the rest of us for giving GKP any cash. | gkphero
15/12/2016 14:13 | Oilman63 " As I understand it if the company went to arbitration the Bondholders would close us down and force seizure of the company using the cash in bank to sue the MNR." How could they close us down if the interest payment was made to the noteholders. | ![]() dgunn222

15/12/2016 14:02 | In fact, who the hell would give Todd Kozel any cash in the first place. The bondholders did.....lol. | gkphero

15/12/2016 13:53 | indeed there were some large (delayed) buys at 1.58 Odd price action given the large buys over recent days seem to have been institutional buys (AT 100k buy went through) and relatively small sells today | ![]() mister md |
