I sent a letter to Holly Watts re Book equity rates and AB write down , it looks very dodgy ,AUG 2014 MOL says we expect 35 k blls a day in 2015 , but by end of Feb 2015 it has been written off as noncommercial and unsaleable.

The 13% Note holders are really looking to screw both equity and the Convertible Bonds. They feel they can because they have unfettered seniority.

One of the docs that purports to lead to this situation is a Deed of Subordination from 2014.It is pivotal to their argument. A copy of this Deed has been requested from the Company but they refuse to provide it. Why is that?

Perhaps those on this board may feel like emailing IR (Anastasia) and asking where it is, and is it material to the seniority position of the Note holders?.

The bold ones on the BOD will get 2% of any sale price, so they will want the maximum they can get for GKP.

Shaikan is worth around £5 billion.

So £5 billion will net them £100 million between them.
