Seems to me from what Ive read over time,the KRG don't care for no one, they just want companies to pour money into their oil industry as if it's the best privilege on earth and companies personel should be grateful, they get to even walk on their land.
They leave companies injured and don't care.

I have just read your letter on 3iii while I agree with some of your points there is a lot of speculation in it.

The whole thing stinks of Bob's questionnaire at last years AGM that Wildrider handed out and that will do you no favours with the BoD.

The company was in default on its SA license and at the time couldn't meet it contractual obligations. As I understand it if the company went to arbitration the Bondholders would close us down and force seizure of the company using the cash in bank to sue the MNR. Shareholders would of lost everything and no arbitration.

When BER was signed THAT was the death of the company.

You have gotten caught up in Bob's fantasy and taken your eyes off the ball along with many others.

Sinopec bought Addax for US $8bil.

You need to revisit that Sinopec on taq taq.

At the time it was at less than 70,000 bopd, they brought a stake, not over 50% , Taq was a previous discovery with 4 wells drilled on it and able to produce,prior to the PSA being signed in 2002!! by Genel Enerji and ratified by Iraq CG, as when that PSC was signed, it was not signed by KRG, it was signed by the northern administration of Iraq, and Jala Talabani . Hawrmi changed it to an exploration PSA IN 2007, WHEN IT WAS NOT AN EXPLORATION PSA, same with many others, including one of Hunts . Hawrami acted to get all in place for Americans in February of 2007, IT WHY HE REFUSED THE HYDROCARBON LAW DRAWN UP AND AGREED BY THE ICG AND KRG , and waited till after the US Surge in 2007.

Hawrmi is known for reaping and pillaging.
