13/12/2016 22:08 | Given that TK raised the capital to get the company off the ground in the 1st place, and gained the 4 PSCs, taking us to production, I'll give him a modest hillock. As for the new mob, they're hired help, and I'm struggling to list any positive achievements. | biggerthus
13/12/2016 21:50 | Agreed, KM1. I don't think it's worth trying to differentiate and award the moral high ground to the Cox's Oranges or to the Braeburns, when they all look like rotten apples from the outside. | lardner23
13/12/2016 21:35 | Joesiki. I would stop embarrassing yourself. TK took money when the company had 4 blocks, he did his share awards when GKP had interests in 4 blocks and 80% interest and operator in SA with no BIR. Only an Andrex role like JF and ZH could give Hawrmi everything back he ever wanted, choirboys and catholic priests come to mind with these 3 | oliver666

Oh hang on, I've just remembered Oilman63 26 Oct 2015 - 16:01:36 - post 452168 "For the record, I have no qualifications in oil and gas" | phil_turde
13/12/2016 20:25 | They should have done it in 2015 before signing over the asset to the BH's The BOD knew also in 2015 they had no chance of paying back in 2017 At least the shareholders would have had a better deal due to the fact the assets were not in the BH's hands Corporate governance my ass Bunch of tea leaves the lot of em | slider27
13/12/2016 20:07 | Lizzy Good point Close period but OK to be awarded options Weird | phillis
13/12/2016 20:01 | joseki, Agree....It they`d waited and done it at the last minute then everyone would now be saying: `why didn`t they do it a few months ago, why wait till the last minute`? The pay to NZ and these latest options are a disgrace- It was a disgrace under TK too- He ruined the Co and This lot just keep taking too. Still they are making hay while the sun shines I guess... LOL | nicebut

13/12/2016 19:44 | Well well well Well played BOD and ex BH's Isn't it sweet when a plan comes together and the trough's get bigger Scum of the earth that's what they are after ripping off thousands of shareholders The only trough they should be seeing is on the inside of a prison cell | slider27
13/12/2016 19:31 | nicebut I have to agree the BoD are getting too much. Having said that, nothing disgusts me more than Todd getting $20m+ with his ott expenses. 4 private jets, a suite in the Bulgari Hotel, epic nights at the Windmill.. How much of that was creating shareholder value? At least Ferrier cut costs. It is also rather pedantic and pathetic to suggest Gulf was not in breach of covenants, it was clearly defaulting. Why are the muppets so vulnerable to mathematics? Gulf were to pay $500mil next year but had only a fraction in cash reserves and weren't bringing in enough payment revenue. The company was technically finished and therefore the convenant breach is a true valid blemish, they couldn't go further without slipping below the agreed balance. The muppets whinging about BoD perfomance is seemingly pointless and academic, especially after they devoted their hearts and minds to the husky words of that Pittsburgher who overpromised and sold them out. | joseki
13/12/2016 19:29 | good post dizzylizzy2... please sign this and pass it on to all Private Investors | mr genel energy
13/12/2016 19:27 | They know the bondholders will sell out on the cheap as long as they can turn a quick profit. .................... Which is why IMO the price will be disappointing. I only now own 2,000 which cost me £2,500 yesterday, So £6,000 if they go to £3.00 a share. Would be great, if I hadn't pumped in £25,000 over the past 6 years. | owdbuffer
13/12/2016 19:10 | this could be worth it if you can get many as possible PRIVATE INVESTORS.Even PRIVATE INVESTORS in other STOCKS. I myself would sign it. only way to get it debated in PARLIAMENT. | mr genel energy |
