How long till the required fund raising, Weeks or Months.
Do the troughers add to the $100m debt or just issue more shares.
100 for 1 consolidation provides headroom for shares. Big discount needed to get them away? It doesn't look likely the troughers can fund progress from cash flow.

That could leave the senior BH's with a bit of a decision. Would they want more shares at what could be very close to their restructure price "steal" and hence their base profit figure. Or would that "force" them to sell out before new funds required. Will there be an interested party comfortable enough to trust and work for Hawrami? Is the sale price reducing by the month?

What goes around comes around for those that "stole" the company from shareholders?
