It strikes me that the modified VCP that was voted through is reverse psychology , like when you sell a car you put £6k on it hoping for £5k. JF some say looked frazzled ' we might have gone bankrupt' , I do not know if this is true or not , not at the moment but I will try and find out , there are ways.

I only heard Lansdown representative complaining about not being consulted , not sure if he meant at the 10 % stage or the 8% stage or both! either way the 8% was voted for by the majority and we all know the PI 's are now a minority.

Here's a point that I don't think anybody picked up on at the AGM.

How many times did Lansdown ask the Chairman which main investors were consulted over Res 9/10 ???

How many times did the Chairman say they had consulted all the main shareholders ???

The top 3 were sat in the room and according to them they had not been consulted.

And that's the point Lansdown was trying to make.

Another very interesting and fun week as a gkp shareholder and I suspect it is about to become even more interesting and even more fun in the weeks ahead!The Christmas party season has begun here (not the type of dull volauvant parties that teeny gets invited to of course). So I bid all of the genuines a good weekend.
