Just looked at the AGM results.. How thick are the muppets after all their complaints about the BoD? Not only did no one from the Muppets Munch turn up, bar one, this fella didn't ask questions, this thick bunch of muppets didn't kick up any fuss about the bonus schemes.

I am totally surprised, I'd have thought Pastor Muppet and his team would blow a "Joanna Southcott" fuse over that payout scheme. Yet it's gone through noiselessly. In fact. How quiet they've actually been.

And there goes the AGM, the old Pastor is even sipping mulled wine in some sort of celebration. The company was doing 40k bopd at the beginning of the year already. No production progress, and an 85% dilution for existing shareholders. JF and team aren't ruining company finances the way Todd went about it, but that's still way too generous.

AGM KEY POINTS - SOME FURTHER DETAILS

* the uptime at Shaikan, being the percentage of time that the facilities are in operation, is 95%

* this is one of the highest levels achieved anywhere in the world because all fields require maintenance etc. work to be done

* in the North Sea, even a 60% uptime is considered good

* production levels are constrained by export capacity

* this constraint was referenced by ERC in their 2015 CPR, in which they said that the existing wells could produce "very much more" than they were

* after I spotted that reference by ERC and commented upon it on here, ERC removed it from the 2016 CPR but it clearly remains the case that production is constrained

* the dip in the September 2016 Shaikan production level was due to transport etc. issues; I had already confirmed that from Iraq and had posted about it on here

* Shaikan production yesterday was almost 40,000 barrels

I'm sipping some mulled wine as I type this...so mulling the above seems appropriate lol
