I said VERY CLEARLY that Jon Ferrier and John Stafford told me that the Triassic figures in the 2015 CPR update had been overtaken by new evidence. Their comments were made in front of witnesses who are prepared to testify in Court, if that should prove necessary, what was said. But there is also incontrovertible documentary evidence.

But CPR3 took no account of this new evidence, and simply restated the CPR2 Triassic figures!

That's just one example.

Why not call John Stafford and ask him to explain?

Probably because 3 CPR's have shown that all your theories about the barrels are just the same as your theories about takeovers, Gokana and all the other misleading nonsense you've misled people with other the years. And you have the nerve to threaten NB with the FCA.

There are no two ways about it you are a very divisive character and there is absolutely nothing you can do to get those who have made their mind up about you to change their opinion.

If you genuinely want to continue misleading people and certain people want to listen to what you have to say, get back over to JB's thread. The majority of us don't like you and don't want you over here.

The facts of the matter are that GKP was supplying Shaikan crude which was *not* being invoiced. The effect of this was to distort the Accounts by:

(a) including Accounts Payable but not Accounts Receivable. This seriously understates the Profit;

(b) not showing the Aged Debtors report.

Why on earth has lardner23 brought this up now?

In any case, the MNR said that these monies *would* be paid, so I fail to understand the basis for excluding them. In effect, GKP were saying that they did not take the KRG's word.

O_I, as Minaj over on lse you demonstrated that you don't have a good grasp of corporate finance or accounting and luckily your comments have sunk without trace. I'm afraid your half day on 'true and fair' doesn't quite cut it. I have to hand it to the excellent lse avatar, Ophidian, who was very patient trying to explain things to you. But you didn't seem to be able to get your head around it. Don't worry, I have the same problem with physics. Maybe just state it's your opinion rather than fact when you don't really know what you're talking about.

pocopicu: the utter absurdity of it is revealed by the way that the trolls have changed their tune regarding Sheikh Adi.

Until very recently, they were saying that GKP had been ripped off (or had ripped off the shareholders) because the asset had been handed back to the KRG. But now that it appears that Sheikh Adi was one of the three "cornerstone" targets of Crestal Energy, it's all changed. Now Sheikh Adi was supposedly a dud. And DGA *and ERC* had allegedly been giving false high figures for the Oil In Place abd the Contingent Resources.

In other words, the opposite of what they'd said until just a couple of weeks or so ago!

Where has that "revelation" cone from?

I find it intriguing.
