John, never bashed it, just quoted position, @ 30p was forced to close, but then we were at £2.1M. CMC then had to accept a loss.

Red Submarine, still afloat!

cheers

The open offer and excess was oversubscribed.

No point in trying to convince more PI's to sell now.
The game is up.

John, Bondholders have virtually cut their throats, just to get out, the 12%er is on a wim and prayer. You follow Cap or relax in the Sun, entirely up to you.

Depends when they bought the senior notes, for some £0.008 will be a nice return.

joseki, even DNO's offer will see all offer and excess in profit.

What's not to like.

If 20 billion is dumped onto the market, the bondholders will be selling them for less than the conversion price of 0.83p.

They can't dump 20 billion shares onto the market.

Who exactly is going to buy them all?

Don't worry, Paul Carroll has promised you that ain't happening. Because he's such an accurate M&A speculator.. like all his other chums. 5 years of takeover, they thought they'll coincidentally get it right one of these days.. why not try again just before oo shares start trading. You are already diluted Paul Carroll, when the new shares actually trade is a technicality. Lol
