No Dudishes the bondholders will want the maximum they can get for GKP.

GKP will be gone before year end for at least 10p per share.

That will do me nicely thanks.

Oilcan, if you want to play the expert insider/saboteur, you need to up your factual game & train your poodles better.

No excuses. It's a fail.

No Bob. Joseki just missed the 2011 bit off his post.
It still took them YEARS to report to investors.
It was a total loss ie a duster.

When would you like me talk about SH because there is plenty on that as well.

Oh dear.

"Joseki" says that "Oilman states Sheikh Adi's DSTs were completed in 2010. Gulf failed to disclose they had a duster".

But this is simply untrue, as is shown very easily, as follows.

On 22 September 2010 the Sheikh Adi-1 well had barely gone any distance, being at just 450 metres. RNS 0803 T gives the details.

By 1 November 2010 the drill bit had travelled another 449 metres, and was in the Cretaceous at 899 metres. There had been oil shows in a core taken from the top of the Cretaceous and there was also oil in the drill mud returns.
RNS 3234 V gives the details.

By 31 January 2011 the drill bit had reached the bottom of the Cretaceous. Progress had been delayed by a section of bottom hole assembly which had become stuck in the hole, necessitating a sidetrack. At that time, 31 January 2011, the casing had not been set, and the drill bit had not even entered the Jurassic.

So what Oilman63 and "joseki" say is totally wrong.

How on earth could GKP have completed the DSTs in 2010 - concealing a "duster" - when the well was only part-way through the Cretaceous as at 31 December 2010? It is ridiculous.

Quite who is behind this Sheikh Adi "allegations" foolishness, and their motive, is a matter for speculation.
