Oh dear, all unravelling now, the dam has broken.

So if shareholders were "mislead" on Sheik Adi are they confident in believing anything that was announced from the company? Who in the company or connected to them knew?

Do the bond holders know what they are buying?

I don't understand the logic of shareholders when they're emailing the SFO regarding Nadhim Zahawi with theories when there is bang to rights evidence against TK.

Shareholders were warned about Todd being voted off.

If the SFO were to check the company email servers of the time they might find some interesting pointers IMO.

Holders are outraged at Ferrier's pay of 1 million. Downloading posts earlier I came across someone talking about TK's 2.8 million IN EXPENSES

Company money was squandered while it didn't have an income, therefore we are where we are.

We as shareholders were expected to swallow malpractice and carry on regardless. Will the servers reveal what would happen if we didn't?

Against TK- I think it`s possible. The difficult bit is convincing SEC/FCA or the serious fraud office IMO- I don`t know much about how they work. But doing nothing is not an option- Not least because these folk just go and do it again....Round and round it goes...

It is amazing how often it happens and not just in little companies either. It doesn`t help that folk still seem to defend his actions too. I wonder what motivates them to defend him too..

You do remember that he was telling some journalist that PI`s should hold on - all while his trust, Gokana, was selling...Greed

It's crunch time next week when the bond holders get stock at just 0.85p. Are people really buying stock at the current price? It beggars belief.

LBO could also find himself subject to subpoena

"Todd never mentioned £8 to anyone, a facial smile to a probing question was misinterpreted, nothing more"

There are enough witnesses

Lobo: it came from the US

He won't get involved due to the aftermath of his previous reports. He could be subpoenaed in the States.

What`s boring?

Never mind ccr- If they can get the restructuring away you`ll be able to comment on what a good buying op it is...Eh? less than a penny then- or how unfair it all is, eh? Take your pick? IMO

Good Afternoon Joseki or dad/Bro/niece/JS/JA or whoever else they have you down as today 😃

Before Todds trip to China in 2012 somebody thought that they needed to walk into the negotiating room and already have the Chinese on the back foot.

I know said some bright spark lets leak a rumour out about Exxon that will get them going. Now who do we know that will put it on the blogs for us ???

Joseki: agreed on that

Not so much on the pump and dump and covering things up which would have had shareholders asking serious questions.

It would be a travesty if all this was to go unanswered in a court of law. It is too blatant and has been too damaging for many people to let it slide.

If you look at Hugelshofer's main company

(And this is the company that was used to finalise the details of the property purchases)

The SWC in the name are initials.

Of course there was the question over ETAMIC and Directors initials, knowing Hugelshofer set it up it's very easy to draw an obvious conclusion.
