Cut funny you ask that about Caza -

I ask Wildrider about 'the list' earlier today but doesn't answer and keeps posting. But hey ho Transmar just happens to log in 4 minutes later to reply and goad about bad luck on PPC.

Caza price was over 12p here but ended up at 0.3p diluted out of sight and delisted from AIM.

1. Next week 'on or about or was it around oct 14th' if the restructure is consumated the company will be gifted to the secured noteholders at an EV of $250m
This is an absurd valuation of an effectively debt free producer of soon to be 55k bday with 360 2p the same again contingent - huge prospectivity- and all production facilities bought and paid for
An absurd valuation on any metric - so a corporate theft.
The plus side is holders can participate at the same price!
I paid extra for less shares betting on PW acting for existing equity - soon find out.

2. One can conclude that if it happens next week our board and pw are complicit in that gift.

3. What might motivate a delay or cancellation?

Realistic bids
Sizeable farm
PSC amendment bringing in a lump of cash
"". ability to sell oil directly which would open up rbl / bonds
KRG third party rights etc

So with luck LTH get put out of their misery

Albeit as the whole saga has been in a parallel universe for some time who knows???
