You have indeed said many things many times, especially 'I've said for a very long time', but may I point out that an Oil Minister not negotiating terms beneficial to his government is not likely to last very long.

I've said for a very long time Hawrami wants Shai CON. Even if he allows another entity to get it will it be on terms beneficial to the MNR?

Can somebody please congratulate TeenyWeeny Puppy on coming up with the hilarious name Shai CON? He has posted it so many times in the hope that somebody will tickle his tummy, pat his head, give him doggie treats and tell him what a clever boy he is for thinking up something (without Curtis Paul's help) so witty. But nobody has. Poor doggie.

morfina: the Non-Executive Chairman of Crestal Energy is the son of Mr. RAK-DNO. But he's missing from Companies House records for Crestal Energy, as also is another NED. A further two of the three listed Crestal Energy Directors only joined Crestal Energy as Directors on 10 August 2016. One of those is the "Interim" CFO. There is no explanation, which I have seen, as to (a) why he is "Interim", (b) who will be the "permanent" CFO and why this has not already been arranged, and (c) why people should be expected to invest tens of millions of dollars into a company which lacks a permanent CFO. The "name available on NDA only" NED Designate has been provisionally identified. The CEO Designate has been pinned-down to two possible people, and this is being probed further.

I think it may well fall apart on the payments and arrears caveat. That will be it then, they will take the lot. Its a strong possibility for sure, much stronger than 2/3p post restructure.

Going back to Josekis post replying to OI about the 9p placing. Now i cant be bothered to trawl back through everything but if I remember correctly after I bought in at 9p the share price rose to 13p on the news of oil shows, then the 9p placing was just BEFORE the announcement of the major discovery. I was already aware of the Bermuda, Emerald connection etc I had rang GKP about Emerald. So this put my radar on red alert and from that day onward I was a cautious long. They laughed at me, whos laughing now? Oh well.
