On Day 670 of the pipe being shut we see that the impasse has deepened with even more complications being added.
We also see that scotty snowflake is saying BP need the pipe opened whereas Queen lemming sarah is saying the opposite in regard to the BP deal and that the Kirkuk oil doesn't need it!!!
No signs of anything being resolved near term but what is evident is that Baghdad continue to squeeze Erbil in order to control all.
I doubt that Trump will put up with the "smuggled oil" for long so unless he can lean on Baghdad to open the pipe where is the revenue going to come from? |
I agree. Not sure what else there is left to do. anything agreed upon takes 45 meetings and multiple committees and then gets changed at the 11th hour anyway. Whole thing is a mess |

It is now getting to the time that lawsuits are brought against the Iraq Government, MoO and SOMO.
The APIKUR lawsuit for losses since the pipeline closed, for $26 Billion, should just be the start.
All the oil companies should also look for further lawsuits that can be brought as individual companies.
GKP was not paid for oil supplied to SOMO, which forced GKP into a financial restructuring in 2016 that cost shareholders and the company massively, at the time and over all the years that have followed. That lawsuit alone could quite likely be over $10 Billion.
Time to go to the International Courts that have already ruled in favour of the KRG constitutional powers.
The rancid corruption in Baghdad should be outed.
Either take action now or be trampled on by the ICG forever.

We know ICG are openly inviting Shell into Kurdistan! How do the ICG appease big oil in the south on miserly $6 service contracts? The Ministry of oil have said they are banning Gas flaring in 2027!
