10/7/2024 11:02 | Highly Geared That has always been my view too but there are chancers around or those with very inside friends but for the most part no one in their right mind would buy a company in this situation with so many unknowns. I`m surprised that JBG hasn`t denounced you as a troll or deramper even though we do have reason and common sense on our side. It could be however that what the aliases are pointing to are the preparations for a big event so that at the appropriate moment of clarity re financial, constitutional and legal matters all will be ready. First however we need a happy APIKUR and as you say a proper valuation although any interested parties may not wait for the latter. . | arcadian
10/7/2024 10:59 | That clown was chastising people who just used the term that the company themselves used"Buyback" He would state "THIS IS NOT A BUYBACK IT IS A STABILISATION PROGRAM!!!)What is he describing now? Check his profile, been here a couple of months and knows it all. However has so far got nothing correct! Changes direction constantly, like a fart in a Windstorm. | hydrocarbon1

10/7/2024 09:55 | Retail investors are usually the LAST to know the truth UNLESS they know where and how to do research. However this is the usual problem, most do not do ANY research , preferring to believe what they are meant to read. Most of which is deliberately misleading. Then to compound all this they buy high and sell low. All the correct information is usually out there IF you know what to look for and where. | highlander7

10/7/2024 07:52 | When a company is sold, the two sides agree a percentage of the sale that will be distributed to directors and employees. When the sale is announced the co will have to issue sufficient new stock to cover all the options vesting.I reckon 2% perhaps up to 2.25% , but the former most likely. It's usually 1.5-2.5%.The clue was the issue to the workers if you times that by 500 ( to build back to a fully diluted issue) you get 222,341,500.That I believe will be the FD issue when sale announced. | bang_gone
