RE: SINOPEC our fianceeToday 11:13
You do not know my intentions.

I post 'old' news to explain and educate.

Bermuda reg public companies are sold typically in 2 stages often years apart.

1 Negs - confidential - and a in private signed Sale implementation agreement.

2 completion in public a formality once conditionalities of 1 met.

Shell + BG were engaged 5 years before the public announcement of their merger.

GKP huge resourcesToday 11:35
GKP have huge entitlement resources of both oil,gas and condensate.

Huge efforts here and elsewhere to suggest to retail otherwise.

Understandably as the stock is worth many multiples at takeover.

Take a look at reality :

Todd might be out of the slammer in about a year's time (model prisoner).
Texas Keystone "held in trust", but would that turn out to be a repeat of the Gokana Jersey "Trust"?
5% Shareholder would certainly be entitled to a seat at the table.

Peddlar of dreams, disrupter or valuable asset?

Front man?

Erbil-Baghdad relations, the budgetary issues, and oil and gas disputes are on also on the agenda, Kurdistan 24 correspondent Nawras Abdulla reported.

How many years is that now.
