"Kurdistan oil company spewing out cash from low-cost operations, although regional tensions could have an impact this year"

"Peel Hunt analyst Werner Riding flagged the regional tensions but said the dividend yield provided “more than adequate compensation for the risk of operating in Kurdistan. He has forecast 2022 as a peak for the company, with cash profits hitting $400mn this year (up from $223mn in 2021) before dropping back slightly to $393mn in 2023.

While being aware that very high yields do have downsides, we stick with our positive call. BUY AS MANY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE IMMINENT TAKEOVER."

harriet, if the field was any good someone would have bought it years ago.

The Chinese did some work for the company and didn't react. Kozel went to China and no reaction from the meeting. The Xom mull was BS. DNO walked away at way less than £1ps. Not even a very small proportion of Kozel exaggerated barrels have been discovered in 13 years!!! The CPR's are telling a completely different story. Are you saying they're lying and "hiding" the barrels? Why would they do that? Even the hosts have finally come clean about their "proven reserves".

Where's the FDP that you said was agreed last October?

"Shaikan will produce for 80 to 100 years" - John Gerstenlauer

"The Reserves are huge and real" - Tony Peart

"GKP have billions of barrels of recoverable barrels" - colleague of Tony Peart

So why is it that after 13 years and 15 wells the Reserves have fallen and never get increased? Why is it that "reserves" they use to count on have now been moved to "resources"? IE they cannot any longer have any confidence in them.

"I joined GKP because of the asset" - Jon Ferrier

And the money and bonuses I would imagine but then at a later date made the above comment. Strange that 15 wells haven't added a single barrel?

"The Transient Drainage Radius is 6 miles" - John Stafford

Water being found all over the field which is why they need water handling equipment. If there were just "traces" it wouldn't be an issue.

"Shaikan will produce beyond the lives of our grandchildren" - Jon Ferrier

"The oil hasn't gone anywhere" - John Gerstenlauer

How much more proof is required that after 15 wells none of TK/JG's BS numbers have been discovered.

"An extra 0.2% Fracture Porosity would add 800 million barrels to Reserves overnight" - John Stafford

Have we seen any proof of that? More water found and several wells now not up to company expectations.

"Shaikan is second only to Kirkuk" - John Hurst, Exploration Director Genel Energy

And where is the proof of that?
