01/9/2022 10:28 | Habshan, I actually LOL at that. | ptmorris1
01/9/2022 10:27 | So just some supply issues from the current general world supply problems, nothing relating to any service contacts impacted by the ICG / KRG ongoing spat. GKP unaffected by this, no letter from Baghdad and no related service issues. | lifeson
01/9/2022 10:27 | "Surprised Muttley wasn't on that webinar telling the BODs what a bad job they are doing." Hey Jon, "All the wells have failed." | habshan

01/9/2022 09:48 | GKP's outstanding performance now justifies asking whether a strategy of using some of the income to develop new assets, perhaps renewables outside Iraq, might be worthwhile. 100m/year over ten years could offset the long term depletion as production continues and provide a strong base for a shift away from fossil fuel, which could also benefit the Iraqi Kurds. The stunning dividends and investment in Iraq still leaves plenty of scope for other activities. Still seriously undervalued, so far as I can see. If I was a member of the Kurdish diaspora, I would be recommending these shares to my fellow Kurds, whether Iraqi or Turkish. | pendragon2
01/9/2022 09:47 | When's the ex date for the new declared dividend . Thanks in advance | 2bluelynn
01/9/2022 09:43 | "there will always be one or more things being shut down for maintenance at any one time" Including Process Plants PF-1 / 2. Most Process Plants are shut down for 2-3 weeks every year for critical maintenance and Inspection. H7 | highlander7

01/9/2022 09:39 | So, one additional well contributing... plus the reworking/debottlene ...and all for another 1,600bopd? Yes it was a lot of work wasn't it Broadford. And while it was being done those wells were offline. And that work is still ongoing in other wells. "Continuing to optimise production through prudent management of existing well stock, delivery of well workover and intervention programme." Best not try to be too clever Broadford, wells and facilities are being shut down and brought back on line all the time, it's called oilfield management, there will always be one or more things being shut down for maintenance at any one time. That's one of the reasons why production figures fluctuate the way they do, things aren't always what they seem | habshan
01/9/2022 09:36 | US says oil contracts in Iraqi Kurdistan should be ‘respectedR Some companies have pulled out of the autonomous region following pressure from the federal government, which considers the Kurdistan Region’s oil exports unconstitutional. Kurdistan oil SAFIN HAMED/AFP via Getty Images Adam Lucente @Adam_Lucente August 31, 2022 The head of the US mission in Erbil met with a Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) official today to discuss the ongoing oil dispute in Iraq. Consul General Irvin Hicks Jr. held a meeting with KRG Electricity and Natural Resources Minister Kamal Muhammad Salih. The two discussed efficiency and sustainability in the autonomous region’s electricity sector, as well as efforts to reduce fuel emissions. Following the sit-down, the consulate released a statement calling for the KRG and federal government to resolve their dispute over the former’s oil exports. They also called for oil contracts in the Kurdistan Region to be “respected," according to a statement. | beernut

01/9/2022 09:23 | Who would have thought that gkp would be a steady growth with dividends share with good potential to be bought out. Just think what this could be once the politics are sorted out, which they will be in this world where USA/China and corporists pull the strings. | petebreeze37
01/9/2022 09:18 | ....But now without the obligation of that bond payment any more, the dividends should be larger going forward. 36% or 9% a quarter is going to be a nice little earner. Not to mention the capital appreciation in the under valued share price and possible bid speculation. | flashheart
01/9/2022 09:10 | I would have liked to have seen a bigger divi......but as Pro pointed out previously.........w | 11_percent
