PS no doubt naysayers galore to that scenario but .what is clear is the NEDS knew outsiders recognise that a sale value could be many times market ,and it would happen overnight hence disadvantaged.imo the excessive divs + bond repayment are the best they could do to have lth hang in, tomorrow is also HY and this adjustment to div is highly unorthodox, but majorly flagged.So it might just be the end.Might.

BOD have dangled the carrots of 2 divs paid v close together, to encourage LTH to hang on.So ex div tomorrow means you would hang on till tomorrow, if a sale announced tomorrow the first div gets paid in 2 weeks, the second may never get paid( co would be delisted within 4 weeks)just adjusted into the sale price,as will be the bond payoff.This is possible.

Both dividends will be payable in pounds sterling and converted from dollars at the spot rate leading up to the relevant record dates.
The Company will disclose the US dollar and pounds sterling rate per share for both dividends prior to their EX-DIVIDEND dates. MAY 25

UPDATE
The annual ordinary dividend of $25 million is equivalent to 11.56 US cents per Common Share of the Company and is expected to be paid on 15 July 2022, based on a record date of 1 July 2022

· The special dividend of $50 million is equivalent to 23.12 US cents per Common Share of the Company and is expected to be paid on 29 July 2022, based on a record date of 15 July 2022

The Company will disclose the pounds sterling rate per share for both dividends prior to their PAYMENT dates. JUNE 24

Nobody. That explains delays in ESP installs... so IMO a sales implementation agreement was entered into prob 2018.
