ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller delivered a letter from President Joe Biden to the Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani on Wednesday.

In his letter to Barzani, President Biden reiterated the US support for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, according to a statement from the Kurdistan Region Presidency.

In their meeting, Barzani and Tueller discussed the latest political developments in Iraq, including the ongoing government formation process, the upcoming regional election, and Erbil-Baghdad relations, the statement added.

The two officials agreed that the country needs healthy governance grounded in “true partnership and commitment to the constitution and its principles.”

They also discussed the latest regional developments, including the Vienna talks with Iran over its nuclear program.

The letter comes as Iraqi and Kurdish parties are in talks to form a new government. Fierce fundamental disagreements between Muqtada al-Sadr’s Saving the Homeland Alliance and the Shiite Coordination Framework have delayed the formation of a new Iraqi government for months.

SP just under LT trend line from March 21 , If you draw it on the day scale then it sits at 262p . Be interesting to see what happens if it breaks that as it is a long long time since GKP has broken a strong uptrend resistance , you could argue that it was 2011 ?

I had a few drinks with Jon at the Grosvenor up at the marina a couple of nights ago Tony, he was here to speak at the Atlantic Council Energy Forum.

He told me why Stuart had decided to move on but that's not something that you need to know anything about as it's none of your business.

And he hasn't a clue who you are.

I asked him if a £110 terrace house in Worsley or goatcam meant anything to him but it didn't, he hadn't a clue what I was talking about.

So there you go Tony, as far as GKP are concerned you don't exist, outside of your own head you're a total non-entity.

Which is hardly surprising really, it's not as though you've got anything to contribute is it.

It should concern you greatly that the recently submitted FDP is now being referred to as a "DRAFT Shaikan FDP" - but of course you do not have it in you to acknowledge that.

In all the announcements following its submission last year, it was being referred to simply as the "submitted FDP", but now its just another preliminary version.
As most of these FDP elements are thrashed out beforehand at the regular Management Committee Meetings (MNR+GKP+MOL) prior to submission, it confirms that there is now disagreement, significant disagreement, relating to the Development Plan - its technical scope, its timeline and its financial planning.

The recent experience gained at the NE section of the field, confirmed now in this public document, seems to have put the cat in with the pigeons.
