04/1/2022 08:32 | Well if the MNR want 90days credit , and they stretching previously towards it. 90 days is absolutely fine on a long term simple supply relationship. Plenty of long term contracts operate at 90/120/150/180 terms. So wtf :) More importantly is "optimization of capital structure" They have stated it twice ...I think we should see it very soon as it will concentrate lth profits when the co sells up. | ![]() dalesmann

04/1/2022 08:29 | Will update my spreadsheet with this and share to the usual members. The September gross payment of $37.8 million ($29.6 million net to GKP) is comprised of gross $31.6 million ($24.7 million net) for Shaikan crude oil sales and gross $6.2 million ($4.8 million net) in relation to the arrears from the outstanding December 2019 to February 2020 invoices. The October gross payment of $51.2 million ($40.1 million net to GKP) is comprised of gross $41.6 million ($32.6 million net) for Shaikan crude oil sales and gross $9.6 million ($7.5 million net) in relation to the arrears from the outstanding December 2019 to February 2020 invoices. | ![]() dalesmann

04/1/2022 08:27 | A string of new studies has confirmed the news the world was waiting for: Even as cases of the omicron variant continue to soar, the numbers of severe cases and hospitalizations have not. Five separate studies in the past week suggest omicron does not infect the lungs as easily as previous variants, seeming to prefer to reside in the upper respiratory tract. Of course, we’re not out of the woods yet, as worldwide cases hit 10 million in just one week. Even as infection rates reached a record high in the U.S., experts warn the true tally could be much higher; Tokyo reported its highest number of cases in almost three months; and Hong Kong’s omicron tally is creeping up after months with zero local infections. | ![]() dalesmann
04/1/2022 08:22 | Very nice payment update, except for the fact the receivables in the FY2021 accounts will be a lot higher than if we had received it on 31 12 21 - mustn't grumble - one can't have everything. Now we await the result of 2HCl(l) + CaCO3(s) -> CaCl2(l) + H2O(l) + CO2(g) Once the HCl is in the right place to clear a path through the formation to the oil, who would bet against a reaction like the one above not working? I think the forward PE of 2.4 takes into account the analysts' consensus forecast of the above chemical reaction working, but the share price doesn't. I therefore expect a decent share price rise when over 50k bopd is announced at the end of this month. | ![]() nobull
04/1/2022 08:12 | Thats more like it .... Gulf Keystone confirms that it has received aggregate gross payments for the combined September 2021 and October 2021 crude oil sales and arrears payments of $89.0 million ($69.7 million net to GKP) from the Kurdistan Regional Government ("KRG"). | ![]() highlander7

03/1/2022 17:06 | Kim and Martin , couldn't possibly comment.LOLOL.I'd expect some sort of debt issue/ significant buyback , an equity for debt concentration..Some of the top 10 may be parties to that deal.Lansdowne and koomen in particular may have entered part block sale deals couple of years back. | mr_todd_f_kozel

03/1/2022 16:49 | So GKP went from updating the Shareholder Analysis almost metronomically every 2 weeks until the 15th July when it changed to once a month. It then stopped updating on the 15th October. However, from the 15th September to the 15th October UBS moved just over 3 million shares somewhere else. I think updating the current shareholder top ten may give their game away. | ![]() lifeson

03/1/2022 16:15 | Well I previously stated in November that payments will now be after 3 months due to what Genel said in their RNS... I also said that our payment in November will be the last of the year... for some reason people tried to disagree | goatcam |
