04/11/2021 15:34 | "Now, aiui it was a survey done by them for general interests such as 'schools of learning' rather than on behalf of anyone interested in purchasing." Your words, Muttley. | pensioner2

You reckon a Chinese commercial outfit spent about a year and umpteen millions doing an academic survey in which they had no interest??? Altruism must be how they've hauled themselves up to be number one rival to the US." That's totally incorrect pensioner. You're adding 2+2 and getting 25. Again. Happy to help. | bigdog5

The state-run Al-Sabaah newspaper quotes Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar (pictured) as saying that Iraq is negotiating with oil giant Saudi Aramco to enter as a partner in contracts for gas exploration in the Western Desert. He added that Iraq has intensified discussions with the Saudi company ACWA Power to build water desalination facilities and clean energy plants. | highlander7
04/11/2021 14:32 | Bigdog - "But you and habscum have been telling all here that the company and hosts aren't the slightest concerned over gas flaring, lol." This is what I told you earlier this year on the subject of flaring Sarah and several times since:- 5th Feb (622813) - "do you not think that the main priorities of the Kurds will be increased production, increased revenue and the goal of financial independence." What I told you was confirmed by Genel this morning:- "Ongoing constructive engagement with the MNR regarding our oil operations, coupled with their recent communication urging the industry to increase production." The MNR have instructed the IOCs to increase production. That's what they say they want. More production means more flaring. They have prioritised production over flaring. As both highlander and myself have been trying to tell you, increased production is the priority NOT decreased flaring. Try to use some common sense ffs. | habshan
04/11/2021 14:12 | Post 644322 highlander7. Hey McSnowflake has the constable helped you with the gas flaring situation and the hosts change:-) But you and habscum have been telling all here that the company and hosts aren't the slightest concerned over gas flaring, lol. Can you now understand why I've been ripping it out of you two tarts for months:-) Are you sure its me that's clueless and not you morons:-) | bigdog5
04/11/2021 13:57 | Blomberg... OPEC+ High energy prices have been one of the major drivers of inflation this year, with second-round effects already becoming obvious. It is no wonder then that oil-producing nations are under pressure to increase production. OPEC and its allies have their monthly meeting today with signs pointing to officials ignoring calls to hike production, beyond the currently planned 400,000 barrels a day. The Biden administration said it would accept that level as a minimum so long as the cartel allows countries to pump more to make up for members not meeting their quota. Oil was trading close to $81.50 a barrel this morning in New York. | highlander7
