If as I suspect the CEO put the company in the shop window a few months back will he be the first person to negotiate a number on anything other than what the CPR states? Will there be new data and CPR?

If Total only managed to receive less than $2 a barrel for top quality in the ground oil why would anyone pay likewise for far inferior oil?

If you were to consider the penal PSC and the fact that the hosts can "back in" for up to 35% of the field, (the company use a net 58%) why would anyone need to pay anything other than what you clowns will view as a pittance?

I'll leave you "experts" to fathom that whilst we wait for the other "experts" with S13/S14. They're taking a rather long time though for something that was "imminent".

Any signs of the Kozel barrels that he got rich on? Still "hiding" them are they?
