Under 300m net barrels, heavy oil a huge discount to the top quality benchmark oil at less than $2, $100m debt, one asset, one zone.

Arrangers fee on top for the hosts to add in.

Cheap merger imho.

The Stockport liar has been saying a takeaway has been imminent for over 6 years.

Will S13/S14 provide 5k each? Most of the wells are tested at higher rates before they get choked back. So the initial production numbers can't be relied on to continue at that number. Some wells are obviously doing better than many others.

12 wells and only 43k.

Imo predicted numbers don't add up.

The hosts don't like dividends being paid to shareholders because they want all funds being spent on "their oil". This is likely going to be another issue "negotiating" the FDP.

You should be able to see the battle that's been going on for years. Dividends to appease the Insti's and the hosts believing that money should be going into production. The reason why it takes so long to get anything agreed with the hosts? Remember the "2nd amendmendment" that JF was in discussions about for all his time at the company? Its still not been agreed.
