Jon doesn't mention them because ESPs come under the bailiwick of the Chief Operating Officer.

So Stuart Catterall mentioned them instead:-

"SH-14, which is adjacent to SH-13 on the same well pad, is expected to be completed and hooked up in Q4 2021. The installation of two electric submersible pumps in two existing wells is currently expected to follow."

So best wind your neck back in.

And what's the significance of 1st December, why did you choose that date.
