I told you at the time highlander7 (and several times since) that the Data Room was a waste of time and effort.

18 different companies wasn't it? It was just another of their obvious desperate moves to try and sell the company prior to the wipeout. When any company announces its for sale either by announcing it publically or by using a Data Room or by "words on the Jungle Telegraph", its a sign they're in a desperate position.

Trying to con your fellow clueless clowns with stuff you don't have any idea about again? Weren't you employed to walk up and down Oxford Street with advertising boards strapped to you?

The so called Data room was open for DNO and they offered £1 old money and the Chinese didn't even bother to make an offer and walked away.

No one in the ICG can be elected without the support of the Kurds and their votes. I imagine the Kurds will play hard ball until the last minute . So just before the elections would be my guess.

For those that have never seen , or been in one. This is a space, physical or online , where all the information any potential bidder would need to evaluate the company were it interested in purchasing it , is collated in a single location. Usually a Director is also nominated to deal with all enquiries and questions associated with same.

Normal practice.

Bidders have to pre qualify to get access. In other words demonstrate (a) they are serious and (B) Show they have resources to purchase the company if required.

Considerable interest was shown at the time, such that the DATA ROOM has now been closed and it has never been deemed necessary to re open it.

A few weeks ago I gave a heads up to Contango Holdings, CGO. Last call as the train is leaving the station.

Great position to be in at Lubu, the coking coal project.
Thought we were looking at just one major offtake partner, but now it is two of the largest stainless-steel producers in the world, with more parties showing interest.

Looks like the coking/metallurgical coal testing by the major offtake partner has gone very well.

Including one shortly after Todd found SH-1. A number of these may have been advanced.IMO
