Eddie the most obvious (pre sale) corporate action should be a LEVERAGED RECAPITALISATION.An equity for new debt swap.

Urchin Eddie might have a good idea there, maybe the buy back has been prearranged ? I thought the wording of the RNS meant that GKP didn't need to annouce a buy back they could just do it.

No GKPHero these days , perhaps he has succumed to CV19?
