MACD very bullish after crossover & there is a gap to fill at 182...It is inevitable it will be filled, especially with GKP buying back their own stock on a share buyback ;-)PS:- I am sure that ex CEO Jon Ferrier & ex CFO Sami Zouari would also know this with nice BIG DOUBLE dividends for them, in just 23 & 59 days time ;-)And just 35 days apart...The annual dividend of $25 million is expected to be paid on 2 July 2021, based on a record date of 25 June 2021. The special dividend of $25 million is expected to be paid on 6 August 2021, based on a record date of 30 July 2021

And then on top of this, they will both get 2 dividends like the rest of us & I presume that they will both be reinvesting their dividends into further FREE GKP shares, which they will both HOLD, further increasing their overall stakes & overall percentages ;-)

Jon Ferrier ex CEO GKP (999453 GKP shares) now owns 0.46 percent of GKPSami Zouari ex CFO GKP (861162 GKP shares) now owns 0.40 percent of GKPA hostile predators hand is being forced & that is another 0.86 percent of GKP, that will be safely held & they will not prise out until takeover ;-)

Perella Weinberg are playing a blinder for GKP.The ex GKP CEO Jon Ferrier & now the ex GKP CFO Sami Zouri BOTH decide rather than collecting huge tax paid CASH windfall bonuses (Ferrier circa 1.76 million pounds & Zouari circa 1.52 million pounds), that they would rather HOLD GKP shares instead...Jon Ferrier 999,453 GKP sharesSami Zouari 861,162 GKP shares

Co will almost certainly announce buyback too on 18 June ... It forces a hostile bid, and/or concentrates a friendly one.Why anybody sells 1 is beyond me..
