Sorry for my absence, been a bit under the weather 🤒

With the upcoming AGM I thought I'd best put a GoatCam report together.

I agree, leaning toward the possibility of hostile.That might be some battle :) Yes it was noted at the time , the most bizarre of restructuring :)Then again it was not done for the craic :)Will the takeover be friendly or hostile.I lean more so than ever to the latterSoon see

MACD gone bullish & there is a gap to fill at 182...

It is inevitable it will be filled, especially with GKP buying back their own stock on a share buyback ;-)

Whether it's the company or other parties doesn't really matter - there are buyers. And that drop this morning has now created an enormous hammer after the mini-reversal on Friday. All good stuff. :-)

PS:- I am sure that ex CEO Jon Ferrier would also know this with nice BIG DOUBLE dividends for him, in just 25 & 61 days time ;-)

The annual dividend of $25 million is expected to be paid on 2 July 2021, based on a record date of 25 June 2021. The special dividend of $25 million is expected to be paid on 6 August 2021, based on a record date of 30 July 2021

Semi Retired (His words on Linked In) GKP former Chief Executive Officer & INSIDER Jon Ferrier decides NOT to to TAKE 1,700,000 pounds tax paid WINDFALL in CASH, but decides to INVEST in nearly 1 million shares in GKP instead...

He will be FULLY retired shortly when GKP is sold for many multiples of its current share price ;-)

In the past month, Mr Jon Ferrier, Gulf Keystone's former CEO, exercised all vested nil-cost options under the 2016 Value Creation Plan, resulting in the issuance of 999,453 nil-cost options after satisfaction of the tax liability arising upon exercise.
