Nest..... I don't think you understand how this works....Any BUYERS bids to the BOD. INDICATIVELY .The BOD if they think its the best they will get, RECOMMEND it in a public RNS.If they don't... They just say no thanks.... In private.Thats why we are where we are Waiting for a bid the BOD can't rejectOr waiting for a buyer to take a hostile unacceptable to the BOD bid publically

May 2020 WTI was $22 , why didn't whoever bid then ? The cash machine is 3 times more profitable now.

"Once Iran was in Russia’s debt, the Kremlin was quick to ensure that Tehran applied pressure on Iraq to allow Moscow to effectively gain complete control over the huge oil and gas assets in Iraq’s northern semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan. Russia achieved this in 2017 via the Kremlin’s corporate oil proxy, Rosneft, through three principal maneuvers. First, Russia provided the KRG with US$1.5 billion in financing through a three to five-year prepayment oil supply deal."

Still haven't added Sami's into the total. You'd think they'd do it as one exercise. Still, they're probably relying on the rns as being the definitive total, even though it doesn't identify the exact position of the major holders.

Walked the dog along the beach earlier and came across a rather unusual Shell! It's a sign I tell thee.

Is it time to start joining up the dots...

Van Lanschot the oldest Dutch & Benelux Financial Institution purchased Kempen & Co, who were established in 1903 & used to operate in the Dutch East Indies...

Van Lanschot also purchased UBSs Dutch Wealth Management business in 2017...

On 15/1/2021 Van Lanschot took over Hof Hoorneman...

Van Lanschot Kempen (Hof Hoorneman) & UBS are actively acquiring GKP stock...

Maybe I need to watch The Prize again...

Alternatively, I could just enjoy a run over the Seven Sisters...

Van Lanschot Kempen 1737

Oldest Dutch & the Benelux Financial Institution who took out Hof Hoorneman on 15/1/2021 & who are now actively seeking to add more GKP shares to their holding.

I did give you a steer ;-)

PS:- They added 1.5 million GKP in May...

Good to see. All have increased since end of April. Except eye eye eye so the big holders have gained by squeezing the pi's who are left in. They ain't having mine!

Hooray. They've updated it. This is the position at 1/6/21:

1 Lansdowne Partners 15.29
2 Hof Hoorneman 11.09
3 UBS Group AG 6.98
4 BlackRock Inc 5.07
5 Mr Gertjan Koomen 4.73
6 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 4.18
7 Dimensional Fund Advisors 3.56
8 Interactive Investor Trading 3.51
9 Precision Capital 2.94
10 JPMorgan C

So HH hadn't declined by 2% - unless they'd "lent" them to somebody for a few days. :-) And the big boys look to be squeezing more in.

I think they will announce it 18/6 , start following Monday 21/6Any acquirer won't like that at all....Most interesting thing is that the co issued the CEO and CFO enough shares to fulfill their TAX PAID options. They didn't have to sell a huge lump into the market as PDMRs did.....They settling their own £1m plus tax bills ?Or the company paid the bill?
