So basically all Sami's blather, if three consecutive payments happened and we'd be in business, was just camouflage for what was really on their minds?

I think it depended on how far the restructuring process had progressed.

But nadz said they were all hired to restructure, so that was in play well before GRH/the muppets got to lunch?

This year.

The last lunch I believe was the muppets lunch and then the lawyers gagged him due to the restructuring.

This had nothing to do with Memery Crystal.

Bless! That later date being 2018 or later, depending on jeeff's availability in two year's time, I suppose :))

Why did he stop the lunches and never follow through with the capital markets day? Under promise and over-deliver is the usual way if you're good.

He was extremely receptive and genuine and was willing to discuss the subject at a later date.
Edit He did say that he couldn't say much during the restructuring and that's why they stopped.

I understand that there will be some form of presentations coming soon in London.

Lol. What was Jon's response to Jjjeeefff's offer? :)))

At the start he did a few tvs, a couple of lunches that accounted for two tv showings, a promised capital markets day (to include PIs) and then, phhht, his comms tyres met with a tack in the road...or something like that.

A few of the attendees did say that they post on the blogs.

Jjjjjjeeeeeeeffffffff off 3iii being one and engaged Jon for sometime during questions regarding the lack of communication with shareholders.

He even offered to do GKPTV for Jon 😀

Harriet's back from maternity leave. She's part-time red top these days.

Edit: O63, noted. With only a handful there, and with Surfer withdrawing, disillusioned, from the fray, perhaps only eddie would be able to add to the discussion?

I've decided to stand for election to the board. I probably own more shares that any of the current incumbents (and that's a sore point - their decision to shaft shareholders did not finacially affect them personally). Can you all please vote for me, and I promise to limit my bonus awards to the cash amount I have lost so far. I will make it a personal crusade to see that Zahawi is sacked and that the company turns down any offers under £30 a share.

Jon gave a short presentation and then asked the floor for questions and nothing was barred unlike previous years.

There was also a break when the votes were counted where questions could be asked.

Plus a very short period at the end again a chance for questions.

Each year Bob complains about anything he can after the event but never turns up to any of the AGMs.

Has somebody bought you a new book Bob ???

You didn't come to the AGM because you are a coward and you know that somebody is going to beat the living daylights out of you.

Give that to Mr Policeman and ask him to come and see me please.

O63, I think this has stemmed from bob's repeatedly complaining there was no resolution re the accounts. But as you say, no different to previous years. And the fact that it was on the agenda, first item of business, means the accounts (and related matters) couldn't be excluded from the Q&A...if anyone had any questions, that is.
