As if and when GKP manage some sort of deal at that point it will be - hopefully- possible to decide have the company deliberately enacted LTH shareholder destruction or had it forced upon them

At say analyst median 960 or definitely at CPR 3p 10%

1.36bn one would ask why not possible before?

I suspect second amendment /direct sales will be the transformational value argument if they do a lot better than 600

But as we ( that's shareholder we ) are where we are

Beijing, August 30, 2013—Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (“SIPC”), a fully-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Group, and Apache Corporation announced today they have launched a global strategic partnership to pursue joint upstream oil and gas projects. As the first step, Sinopec will pay $3.1 billion in cash, subject to customary closing adjustments, in exchange for one-third participation in Apache’s Egypt oil and gas business. The Egypt partnership is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Apache Corporation is an US independent upstream oil and gas company, has operations located in Egypt’s West Desert. As estimated by Sinopec, the remaining 2P reserves of Apache’s Egypt operations by December 31, 2012 contained 641 million barrels of oil and 3.79 trillion cubic feet (tcf) of gas (equivalent to 632 million barrels of oil), with gross production averaged at 213,000 barrels of oil and 363,000 barrels of oil equivalent of oil and gas per day.

Again for roverthicko and anyone that wants to believe him. I've been selling all the way down from £4 and unlike him didn't buy at anywhere near that number. Hence over the years I've done rather well in comparison to those like him that have held for 1p. I wonder if he laughs when he looks at the number shares he still holds and the value of them.
