The MM's game...from another poster thanks to RabidDog on another thread and interesting read for those that are unsure.

It seems that any time we post positive data, after years of
negative publicity for the industry, the share price responds
immediately....

The irony of course is that the mm's are posting half a million shares
as BUYS while the BID is put back....

Could be the mm supplied at 88.5 and has moved the BID back
to 86 to shake out shares, which he did'nt have to fill the order in the first
place?

I have been in this game for 20 years, and have yet to take a course
that would explain all their manoueverings.

Self education on offer here...

Clearly, if GTL expands to the limit of it's ethanol capacity, and in
paralell sets out to be a market leader in the food ingredients market,
it may not in the long term be dependant on the motor industry at all.

I can see the day when all 200m gallons, which I see as the limit of
the GTL plant as is, is used to produce food by products for the American
food chain...putting food into rather than taking food out of......

hi space, thanks for that, have checked the results and trading statements, also the holdings by different companies, like gartmore 28%, all looks good, and managed to get the 50k in 2 lots, think ill tuck them away for 6 months, could also see atrading update sometime in april if last year is anything to go by.

Hi S, been in here for years. In recent times they've come good with superb cashflow and a little help from the ethanol incentives. Very good management capable of squeezing out extra little bits from the business - if you want to punt on ethanol, you'd struggle to beat GTL.

Some reckon we should be correcting towards £2 in the near future.

Definitely worth you checking out the last results.
