08/3/2012 18:55 | Your broker should have sent it 2 months ago. | puffintickler
08/3/2012 17:11 | can anyone tell me who sent the money | nelson01
31/1/2012 15:13 | Yep, got my payment. So that's it then. Someone's going to make a bundle on this but it ain't gonna be me. Shame. | gbcol
31/1/2012 14:16 | I received my cheque for £1000 today but have not been asked to surrender my certificate - presumably this is no longer valid ? | teasle
31/1/2012 13:32 | Received my monies. I am sorry to see the end of this investment though as there was plenty more value in it. See you guys elsewhere I hope. | puffintickler
31/1/2012 13:04 | LOL GOT MY TENNER! | mulebraker
31/1/2012 10:42 | I received my cheque this morning. | charlock
30/1/2012 14:36 | Money into Jarvis now and just waiting to hear from Nat West. | ljsquash
30/1/2012 10:43 | GBCol, NO .not been paid yet.....I took within 14 days to mean maximum 14 days but of course the longer they can hang on to it the more interest they make.I expect the money to arrive tomorrow which is day 14 and which rather sums up the whole story. | mikey34
30/1/2012 09:30 | Anyone received payment yet? I guess "within 14 days" actually means not sooner than 14 days. Having had us over once with the buyout price it would have been nice if they could have at least paid us quickly. Still, this unfortunate chapter has nearly been closed. | gbcol
17/1/2012 13:08 | And no collateral left with AIM delisting - do I trust this situation? NO! | ljsquash
17/1/2012 13:07 | And we don't even get paid until the 30th - robbing barstewards! | ljsquash
17/1/2012 12:54 | bye everyone, its been emotional and expensive, lol | dubberboy
16/1/2012 11:46 | That's all, folks! | charlock
13/1/2012 13:29 | Yes I am disappointed with that, I would have liked my sizeable investment in GTL to be ongoing but I can understand that there are not enough participants to justify it. | puffintickler
12/1/2012 15:57 | Looks like I'm not getting any Sinav shares then. Only valid elections for 1.5m is a bit disappointing. So none of that massive annual revenue from Zein will go to former GTL shareholders. I reckon it will refloat in 2014. | rumblinged
12/1/2012 14:14 | Thanks Chas Apart from the initial letter I never got anything else. £1 per share coming my way like it or not. My trading co advised it was too late to express option (my fault, left it too late). As I read it unless more than 10% opted for shares in SINAV then everyone that held would get £1 regardless. What to re-invest in eh?? | wrights
12/1/2012 08:02 | many thanks | dubberboy
11/1/2012 17:59 | The way the form is worded is:- "If the Scheme becomes effective and you take no action, you will receive under the terms of the Offer: for each Scheme Share £1.00 in cash". Also, elsewhere:- "If you wish only to receive the Cash Consideration to which you are entitled under the Offer, then you should NOT complete or return this Form of Election." i.e. the default is to receive £1.00 per share either by cheque or via Crest, depending how your shares are held. Chas. | charlock
11/1/2012 16:58 | thanks chas, does that mean i will just get a check, i havent seen a form asking yes or no to the sale does that mean i automatically am selling thanks | dubberboy
11/1/2012 15:12 | From the Offer Document:- "there is no current expectation that they will be listed or admitted to trading on any exchange..." Chas. | charlock
11/1/2012 14:04 | So what is the advantage of holding on to them, will they still trade on the AIM? | wrights
11/1/2012 11:50 | You should have received a yellow form 'Election for the Unlisted Securities Alternative' with the Offer Document. They need to receive this by 1pm tomorrow if you wish to elect for the Unlisted Securities Alternative - otherwise you will receive £1 per share. Chas. | charlock
11/1/2012 10:01 | do i have the option iof holding onto my shares, i dont seem to have had anything asking if i want to sell | dubberboy |
