Alan, No point I responded to G's post he will defend himself against everything as I said he would. I won't enter into conversation with a with a Troll not anymore, not when there are good people dying and a third of the world is in lockdown. Its jealousy of people has no bounds. I'm just not interested, I have a nice family, nice home, wealth all worked for not given to me. Just like a lot of other people, and I have no jealousy towards them. G. In response to your post. The reason I have no time for the Troll is that he lied about illnesses and admitted that he lies as Alan said. He has attacked many people who previously posted on iii and made nasty remarks. Even though I have been on ADVFN since "2005" he has attacked me. Last week it was seen how he posted post after post I could see the posts but not the content. I'm surprised he hasn't attacked you for saying that you are wealthy? Maybe he has? Someone having a Bentley or sailing or flying because they too are wealthy are also attacked. This creep clearly has a jealous streak / problem with people on this BB who've done well and are using their wealth and know when to sell. He then makes up reasons for not selling rather than taking professional advice to protect himself which is clearly up to him. I like a lot of people of which he has also suggested they also put him on ignore which I have done thus I don't see his post content or his alter ego anymore.He had no right to attack people that have posted on iii, own a Bentley ,fly a plane are wealthy or have a drink at five in the evening. But to talk about cancer then admit that he tells lies is not on! A close relation is an Oncologist and said some of the things he said didn't add up.As I've said he's on ignore I don't respond or read his posts. Life is better that way. You will also note next to no-one enters into conversation with him.I'm sure there will be a "Vitriolic" response for him. M, Its possible that The Troll pushed CD too far and he said enough. Its what Trolls do. I remember we had a GFM meal in Oxford where there was about sixteen of us. I invited RG but he rightly said it would be inappropriate for him to meet any one group.Hope you are staying safeZoo

UK, good one. Very good to see how a group has come together to build the mini type ventilator from concept by reverse? engineering previous equipment to a functional unit in 100 hours. Mercedes can build 300 a week ramping up 1000 at a weeks notice. Just shows what can be achieved when great minds and drive get together. The war time spirit is not dead but very much alive.This will save many lives. Zoo

UP, the Italian, Spanish, Greek banks are all in trouble Germany has its problems as do others. The EU is heading for a major waypoint which could see the end of it as we know it. It should have stayed as the common market.I see Trump has given up on it being over by Easter. American friends Stateside are telling me that its scary because theres no defined / unified approach to what Trump is saying. He is saying what he thinks people want to hear not what they need to hear. The talk about vaccines, they fear he will force corners to be cut which may have major consequences, I think a lot of us have that thought not from just over the pond.Zoo

Hello Gailes ,nice to hear from you ,it’s very difficult to put things across , I never thought my life would end up this way ,I’ve done absolutely everything I have wanted in life ,I suppose I thought my wife would live a lot longer than this ,and not die in such tragic circumstances ,it’s getting on for five years since the stroke and three years since she has died ,and the time has flown by ,because of this awful virus and lockdown i am going to give many bequests now instead of later ,I don’t need 20% of what I have ,as for the stock market I’m afraid it’s once a gambler always a gambler ,it never leaves you ,as for the problem on here with the posters the one you are talking about it’s not I dislike him as zoo does I got really fed up with the posting about cancer etc then to be told it might be true or it might not be true ,I can’t put up with this and I’m very surprised that you can ,I like zoo a lot and sage and most of the people who post on here ,yes even you millwallfan ,it’s better for me to filter the other two , if only the dam thing worked ,once again Gailes thank you for your support I appreciate it ,now it’s lockdown , the stock market and my I pad a very dangerous combination ,

Alan, you confess to being a very wealthy man of a relatively advanced age, with no one to leave your money to. So why bother, if the market crashes further, as it may well do, what difference will it make to your lifestyle- none! Shrouds have no pockets!
Further, why do you and Zoo get your nickers in such a twist over Rose and the other fella? Sure, they can sometimes be a bit annoying but Rose particularly gets provoked by Zoo and responds. If the nastiness, on both sides, ceased you might find that a much better dialogue followed and useful information from both.
The rest of us on this site are probably more than fed up by the bickering. Particularly now there are much more serious matters to be concerned about.
Hope you stay well, I am a little short of your age but in the vulnerable camp and making sure I don’t mix with anyone bar my wife. Have not met or ventured out of my property for two weeks now. Can’t say I am enjoying it but I changed my routine a bit to add a little variety. The first drink of the day, for example, is now 5.00 rather than 6

Up, as usual we will be guided by America ,and with all the stimulus it could be up ,I will settle for the week we had last week , being trapped in with the stock market and the I pad is a very dangerous combination , good luck ,
