No market makers limit orders because they don't hold much.
They don't hold much because at a certain percentage they have to declare and they wish to always avoid that and taking a position.
So they only hold a small amount and limit sells.
But you know this right, I mean you Google small Mcap and MMs to explain why they want to hold three percent and less! |
Agreed about the last post, what is worse the tactic seems to work, the mindsets of most punters on AIM is so short they move onto the next best thing because they are locked out by market makers on their 1st target.
The market is skewed to the downside, however, some stocks can break that mould, I think this is one of them and when it does the move up could be dynamic. |
GROC getting tipped.
Usual story on AIM these days, as soon as there is any demand they close down online quotes, deter buyers hoping they will go away and/or widen the spread.
I think with this stock there is pent up demand and they, the market makers, know it hence why they are playing a cagey game, a move through 2p could attract the herd as every man and his dog would see a chart breakout.
This could so easily be trading at 5p+, even then only a £10m m/cap. |
Premium being asked for just 50,000 shares currently, shares look poised for a very decent move. |
Good luck getting any of these, even before any serious demand the shares are nigh impossible to acquire.
I think those in the know realise this could be the next big AIM multi bagger. |
GROC discussed today on this podcast around 22 minutes, a share pick for 2025. |
He also has accounts under the names of RyanRhys and RyanRhys1 |
And a few hundred million....
GM invited many countries the UK sent all who got their grant Lian it didn't mean GZm were interested.
Morrow have serious partnerships you can't get in on that and they decided to go the synthetic route when you have natural graphite.
The ramping never stops but the share price really does reflect that lol |
Just .. A few years to dig it up |
Still under £4m m/cap for a company with one of the best Graphite grades in the world.
Just 197m shares in issue, very rare for a minnow, US now interested in Greenland based on military and their numerous mineral resources, the recent visit to General Motors in Detroit is no coincidence !
The shares traded around 6p last year. |
Good time to get in here ahead of an exceptionally busy news period, just listen to the recent social media interviews to see why.
This has already been featured in a number of Share of 2025 lists, their Graphite project is world class, no wonder there is a lot of talk with a tie up with a major motor company, they recently visited General Motors.
Buy the lows. |
No one wants why never any trades! |
The latest interview, looking forward to 2025 is linked below. |
The grants and loans being given by the EU, USA and other Government bodies for green focussed and critical mineral projects are very significant indeed, this bodes exceptionally well for GROC.
It is very rare for a junior with a project so far advanced to only have 200m shares in issue which leaves a very significant opportunity for the shareholders by way of value creation.
I have a strong feeling this company will excel next year, it seems to have everything going for it.
If anyone wants in now is the time IMO. |
"Book has strengthened suddenly, now just £2,500 of stock on offer at full ask then it moves up."
Saying this is stupid and embarrassing and not how MMs or the markets work.
Go check I'll wait for your no reply yet again! |
The sell price at ipo was 11.00 it's only ever fallen.
The fact there isn't much stock available is simply because MMs don't hold much of low Mcap thinly traded Aim companies to avoid the obvious pitfalls of ownership and loss.
I thought you would know that being a trader and share selling dosent move the price up or down since we're not that type of market and should an Aim company find fortune you'll notice it moves without selling or buying.
Please stop saying embarrassing things it's ridiculous you don't just Google about why MMs don't hold much stock and where they get there stock from! |
Have been building a position here, I see this as the next sector multi bag candidate.
Exceptionally hard to acquire stock at the best of times however patience eventually pays off.
They have done well to keep the share count down also, only 197m in issue.
The shares traded around 5.5p 18 months ago and a lot of very positive milestones have occurred since. |
Book has strengthened suddenly, now just £2,500 of stock on offer at full ask then it moves up. |
GROC is starting to appear on Share of the Year 2025 lists, the latest being Stockbox.
It has all the right credentials, low market cap & tight liquidity & Graphite demand is rocketing. |
I take it you didn't do any research judging by lack of replies.
Morrow use vianode, well known for it's synthetic graphite lolol. |
