 GM and others sought to develop American graphite, they have and GM is partnered with Neaveu Mondeo plus helping finance the biggest graphite project in Lac Gurete.
The fact they hold conferences and it's not hard to get an invite is meaningless no other company reports these things as actual news or interest. Groc been to has been to many of the type of meetings before nothing ever comes of it.
If you follow the actual graphite market everyone has enough and has invested in the future without Greenland getting even a sniff ever.
But go crazy we've been here before, normally this type of news proceeds a raise then the obligatory share price drop of dillution.
Groc is just some thing they fill the numbers with, looking at their RNS's a common feature now. America has lots of graphite as does it's South, not sure what your missing it's mission is not Greenland but at home as evident in all the American graphite investments recently, in fact GM and Panasonic will share a resource there's so much over in Canada.
Had you put your money in a few Canadian firms you would already be well in profit.

In the bull market era an announcement like today's would have had a 30%/40% pre market open mark up, instead what you get now is the market makers trying to quell demand.
Fact is the company is materially undervalued plain and simple, just 195m shares in issue adds to the price squeeze. |

MCap should be 10m to 20m and I'm sure it will be soon enough, so I'm in today having had GROC on my watchlist for a while. I bought 575,988 over 5 trades. To begin with i could only get 50000 per trade but after it moved up a little it freed up some stock and I got 75000, then 250000 and 150988 to finish of the buying with. |
If you look at the chart you can see this was trading at 6p only 18 months ago, even at 6p the company would only be valued at £12m.
A possible tie up with General Motors cannot be ruled out which is why, no doubt, Greenroc have been invited to present and meet them in the US. |

GROC and General Motors mentioned in this mornings RNS, something most retail investors can only dream about concerning these minnows, a tie up with GM would be company making for GROC.
Also it does look like the Exploitation Licence is on the fast track to approval, clearly the Greenland Government wants the Graphite project, that includes the EU also.

The spivs who are shorting this are going to get caught out PDQ, Greenroc confirms it is seeking non dilutive funding moving forward, accepts placings are a drag on the share price.

Wtf you on about they make a few presentations every year and still it drips,
Greenland is just too far away for graphite plus zero infrastructure.
Ask yourself why this has been a ten year hold and never gained interest once and you'll answer why the share price has dropped %90! |
A recent post on X stated that 3 other AIM companies that presented online had stellar share price reactions, I would imagine GROC will be the same, the presentation on Monday is on the LSE website which attracts heavy traffic.
Still 3 more sessions for news to be released before the event, I think the share price will speak for itself in due course but the presentation event may be a catalyst.

Just one piece of decent news and this will multi bag in no time, still around £3m m/cap for a world class graphite resource with a Mining Licence applied for.
Expect a swathe of news-flow, think JV partner, off-taker, non dilutive finance, Gov grants etc etc.
So under the radar it is unbelievable, let alone the shares were trading at 5p last year.
