High discount to NAV if that's your thing but the yield is too low for me. Interesting that its price his retraced compared to its other London centric peers.

Attempting to remain polite I think the IC write up is poor.

In terms of the NAV, not really but should be about the low unless another
left field calamity strikes!.

Still a naff yield but its assets maybe desirable by a bidder although mr.market seems to feel Armageddon is just round the corner so who knows.
