Grand Union appoints new Group Director of Finance

Local housing provider, Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), has appointed Mona Shah as their new Group Director of Finance.

Mona, who is currently Finance Director at Sovereign Housing Group, will be joining Grand Union in the New Year, replacing current Director of Finance, Anna Simpson who is moving on to Midland Heart.

She said: "I am absolutely delighted to be joining Grand Union at this exciting stage of growth and look forward to being part of an organisation which has progressive and ambitious plans that I can help deliver."

Grand Union's Chief Executive, Aileen Evans, said: "We are delighted to have secured the services of such a talented Group Director of Finance at this important and exciting stage of Grand Union's development.

Mona joins Grand Union Housing Group, which is the parent company of Grand Union Group Funding PLC., an exciting time, with unification of GUHG having formally taken place on 1 October.
