04/1/2011 13:37 | Jwe. A perfect example, the stock is around 0.3p and i've just come across a certain person stating "1.75p" bid rumours ;-)) | scott84
04/1/2011 12:30 | All, A significant issue for me is that the Board do not have a track record of delivery (in terms of generating profits that might lead to shareholder returns)at GTE. What shareholders need to see is: *evidence of reduction in expenditure *restructuring of the balance sheet that is not overly detrimental to equity holders I am not sure if other parts of the business can be sold without it leading to a collapse of revenue, but that would be one way to pay off the loan holders and en up with a leaner operation. Or better still, a sale of the entire business. I am not sure what the other parts of the business would fetch if sold, but if we see substantial dilution and a return thereafter to burning cash at a galloping rate, then the recent asset sale will only lead to a delay of that which might previously have been considered inevitable. These are my views only. I have no position in GTE. | yasx
04/1/2011 12:10 | Scott-No i didn`t.Thanks for that i`ll filter him I seem to have a morbid interest here will continue to watch to see how it pans out.Strange one of my largest holdings(GNG)is up strongly today and i have not felt the need to post once! | jwe
04/1/2011 12:04 | Jwe. Guess you dont know this GD poster, i do and seen his nonesense for a long time, i'm just susprised he's still here, he normally turns up on a stock say 4p and posts 10-15p soon for a day maybe two then you never see him again ;-)) | scott84
04/1/2011 11:12 | gdas-Just so you are clear the company HAVE NOT and WILL NOT have the money from the aviation deal to pay off debt, read the RNS and analysis done on this board by several posters.Your post 2388 is also incorrect.I`m afraid you seem a serial ramper.Fortunately your own analysis is so bad nobody(i hope)is likely to be taken in. A market cap of 10x the current price is just laughable | jwe
04/1/2011 11:11 | £70K worth of sales, hardly a blood bath as some were predicting. | minky65
04/1/2011 10:10 | Sorry, the mouse somehow makes double post. This is typical fobia...inho. I can't see what to worry about when they have got money to pay the debt, I see no reason - it is just GTE makes clear some probability incase all go bad i.e in case of shareholder don't vote , which is very unlikely ( as no one wants to dilution and debt) , This is clear to me - also the company much more worth 7-10 times than current market cap after paying debt. I see the opportunity to build more. | gdasinv2

04/1/2011 10:04 | NO..I have written the money off and am making enough on BAO so as to not worry at all. The 'company sale' mentioned a few times in the Dec 29th RNS keeps me here. | 6kenny
04/1/2011 09:58 | Kenny you sold? | knowing
04/1/2011 09:55 | If debt for equity is at 4p, this might drop to 4p, so why buy in the market now at much higher levels? | 6kenny
04/1/2011 09:49 | Why do you always double post? | 6kenny
04/1/2011 09:47 | I am buying...Loads of guys have no idea the value of the company. | gdasinv2

04/1/2011 09:24 | well, it's only Tuesday so this could go a lot lower. | 6kenny
04/1/2011 09:04 | BUT...somebody is buying large numbers of these, why? If i held and had chose not to sell(Kenny?) i`d be a little reassured that somebody can see value at this price. | jwe
04/1/2011 09:03 | I put in a limit order of 5p at 7am, more in hope than expectation. But it was filled at well above, and still big sells being taken above the bid. There's a guardian angel out there. Not interested in holding shares in a company that makes stupid un-necessary decisions and fails to announce within market hours. Good luck holders and watchers. | bozzy_s
04/1/2011 08:56 | sell off has just started IMHO... | 6kenny
04/1/2011 08:46 | I bailed out 250k at 5.625p. Must be buying in the background to have allowed that. It was a tiny profit, should have been more, could have been more, but spooked by the timing and content of stupid announcements. Back to AGL now, hoping to get hold of some tightly-held shares in a GOOD £6m company! | bozzy_s
04/1/2011 08:46 | good bye then Scott84.. | turkey3
04/1/2011 08:44 | Must have went thru plus as i'm all out now, feel better to be out than in. | scott84
04/1/2011 08:40 | Bidding for stock now, good because i have 10k order left to dump, better 5.62p than 4.5p i guess. | scott84
04/1/2011 08:38 | On a positive note.Somebody is obviously buying behind the scenes otherwise this would have fallen much further, maybe hence the 7p trade?Perhaps there is a more positive spin on this that i cannot yet see | jwe |
